airspeed 18% faster after air conditioner is cleaned and coated
In a very warm September, Simix cleaned and coated an air conditioner at a large facility in Boone County, Missouri.
The unit was extremely dirty. Before it was coated, the air speed above the fan was 4.2 mph. After the unit was cleaned with Simix Multi-Surface Cleaner, the airspeed was recorded at 8.2 mph. Immediately after the unit was cleaned, it was coated with Simix A/C Ceramic Coating, and the airspeed was 9.7 mph. That is an 18% improvement over 8.2 mph. Simix A/C Ceramic Coating is a non film-forming, super-hard liquid glass that will never yellow, chip, peel or crack. Just like in glass, the primary ingredient in Simix is silica (sand) mixed with potassium and lithium, which is very conductive. Simix A/C Ceramic Coating conducts heat. It is not an insulator, like all other coil coating products on the market today. Simix A/C Ceramic Coating is a pure inorganic conductive coating that contains lithium and potassium oxides. |
